Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed.

I put the wrong address for my order, what do I do?

Please contact us at sales@stillnessplanners.com. If we haven't shipped it out, we are able to change the address. However, if the package is already shipped out, Stillness Planners will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept online payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Afterpay and Paypal. We also have Sezzle available as well.
I refused my delivery, do I get a refund?

Stillness Planners is not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our warehouse. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be destroyed and you will not receive a refund.

Stillness Planners pays all duties for Canada, USA, and Australia orders. If you don't live in these specific countries, you will have to pay your own duties (if any).
